I finally got around to testing on win XP and have confirmed that it works. Make sure Java is installed first. Also unless you extract the .exe and .dll files to Breakout/server/ you will have to update the webserver root in the Settings tab of Breakout Server (although it’s not a bad idea to update the root location in either case… select the Breakout directory).
